Church of the Nativity promotes community involvement through events, ministries and volunteer opportunities.
To become involved, review the ministries via the button below. Meeting times are listed on our church calendar and by contacting the related ministry organizers.
For any ministry that the Church or School organizes, volunteers must be registered with the parish and with the Diocese Volunteer system (Virtus Online). Registering is relatively easy, and if you have any questions, please contact the Parish Office, 843-795-3821.

Committed to Creating Safe Environments
As part of the Nativity Parish and Nativity School commitment to “Creating Safe Environments” for our children, we continually strive to maintain compliance with the Diocese of Charleston program to screen and train all diocesan staff and volunteers having access to and responsibility for children in our schools and programs.
All volunteers and employees who are active with programs involving children at The Nativity School or the Church of the Nativity are required to complete a screening and training, and review and sign codes of conduct. This whole process takes about 2 hours of your time.
